We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and use a variety of delivery methods.

Provided that the item ordered is in stock, then we will process the order and send it as soon as we physically can.  If however the order is placed outside of our usual business hours, then it will not be sent until the first possible opportunity in the next working day.

The stock levels on this site are in real time and in theory once an item is placed in the basket it will be reserved for you.  However in the very rare instance that there is a glitch in the system and we do not have the item we will notify you as soon as possible.

It is important that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If you would like your order delivering to a different address (e.g. your place of work) then you can add a separate delivery address.  However it is important that your account address is the same as your credit/debit card address otherwise your card payment will not be processed.
