We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and use a variety of delivery methods.

Provided that the item ordered is in stock, then we aim to get it in the post as soon as we physically can.  If however the order is placed out of usual business hours (e.g. Weekends, Bank Holidays, or during the middle of the night), then it will not be sent until the first possible opportunity in the next working day.

The stock levels on this site are in real time and in theory once an item is placed in the basket it will be reserved for you.  However in the very rare instance that there is a glitch in the system and we do not have the item we will notify you as soon as possible.

Order before 12.00pm (Monday to Friday) and we will aim to deliver your order the next working day (Highlands & Islands may take longer). N.B. This service is only available for orders of less than 2kg in weight and excludes bulky items such as large rucksacks & trekking poles. Orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.  If in doubt, please give us a call first.

UK Saturday Delivery - £9.95

Overseas - We regret we are only able to supply to countries within the European Union and North America where credit card address verification can be made. All overseas deliveries are charged at the rates below and are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. We are unable to send parcels that weigh more than 2kg in weight or are very bulky, because the costs involved are prohibitively expensive.
